Returns & Exchanges
Due to legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, Robert Mondavi Winery can only accept returns for products that were damaged during transit or contain a manufacturing defect. We strive for excellence in every bottle and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium Napa Valley selections.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your shipment for any signs of breakage or leakage before signing for the package with the carrier.
- 2.Contact Guest Services
If you receive a damaged or flawed bottle, notify our Guest Services team within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with a pre-paid shipping label if a physical return of the product is required.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your claim is validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost to you.
